Abstract: The Transportation Agency for Monterey County invites your firm to submit a proposal. The Freeway Service Patrol (FSP) program is managed by a partnership of Transportation Agency for Monterey County, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), and the California Highway Patrol (CHP) to provide quick fix items and towing needs for minor collisions.
